EMAIL ORDER:
Email to dmg@themetpress.com or use the email form below. Include the stock number, short title, and quantity of each item that you wish to purchase. Please remember to add the applicable shipping and handling charge. Also include your name, telephone number, email address, and postal mailing address to which your order is to be shipped. In the USA, PO Box addresses may be used for shipping addresses. For all foreign countries, only a street address may be used for shipping.

Do NOT include any credit card or checking account numbers. Payment may be made by email to MET press at this address: dmg@themetpress.com.

SALES TAX: We are currently only required to collect US sales tax for Maryland (6.0%), North Carolina (4.25%), Indiana (6.0%), and New York (4.0 % minimum) purchases and Goods and Services Tax (GST, 5.0%) for all Canadian purchases. If you are purchasing from one of these jurisdictions, please include sales tax on your order.

NOTE: If you omit the Shipping & Handling charge(s) when ordering, we will invoice you for the amount due for S&H. If your purchase is taxable but you omit the tax charge when ordering, we will invoice you for the amount due for tax.
